These Terms and all disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
